Richard is an expert finish carpenter with a passion for architectural woodwork. In addition to being the founder of DFW, he also started Finish Carpentry TV on YouTube. This is where he shares his projects and teaches the audience carpentry skills. The channel has over 500k followers and over 100M Views

Jonathan is an installation specialist with a broad knowledge of all things carpentry. Whether it's building wainscot panels, installing crown moulding, or building cabinetry, he can do it at the highest level. When he's not installing you will find him with his camera taking the best photos/videos. 

Tom is master craftsman in all areas of carpentry. When he is not building something beautiful, you will find him in his shop fabricating tools and techniques to help fellow carpenters in the field.
